If you really are your own boss, you will be the only person trying to guide your career in the right direction. You must choose whether you want to set your own rules or simply accept them. Decide to work for yourself.

“I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not trying.”–Jeff Bezos.

You don’t want to look back on your old age and wonder, «Damn, why didn’t I get this up off the butt and go for it?» You were aware of your talent, gift, and flare. Yet you allowed it to fizzle. Don’t become that person who sits on a rocking chair, wallowing in regrets as they watch the seconds of their life tick by while looking at a clock. Be the one to affirm,

«I give my all. I gave it my all after discovering something I was enthusiastic about. Become the person who is proud of and admires the person you are now.“Life is a flash of light ingin the dark of night. It is a brief time of tremendous potential.”–B.Allan Wallace

You blessed our world with your existence when you were born. And I’m not exaggerating. You truly are a wonder, a unique force with limitless power. Hell, you survived the blessing of birth. And there is nothing stronger than it in the entire planet. You somehow overcame several obstacles to arrive here. Why not use the same resolve to grow your company?

“When something is imperative enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor.”–Elon Mus .

Like eggs, odds will crack if you strike them with enough force. Find something stronger than stupid odds if you feel the odds aren’t in your favor. You need something to inspire you to tap dance on them. Freedom is the strongest motive that comes to mind. However, you can query,

«How do I release myself?» I can only think of one way to do it: by working for yourself. Remember, nevertheless, that freedom is not free. You’ll have to put forth some effort to get it. But it is possible. Your entire life has been spent fighting. You have progressed this far, don’t you? Why not take the initiative to work for yourself?

«If you don’t build your own dreams someone will hire you to build theirs.”–Tony Gaskins.

The alarm goes off loudly. It’s time to get up right now. get to work. Start the timer. Knock out. Head home. Repeat the entire process after that. Sounds recognizable? And you want for that income increase that will make life easy every second. All of your working hard is being converted into hard currency while your boss is dining well. She can also fire you more quickly than you might think when she decides the time is appropriate. But you may alter your circumstances by changing your perspective. Make preparations for your life after work first. Do you wish you could manage your schedule? Do you desire control over your future? You can only do that when you start working for yourself.

“Success is the sum of small efforts–repeated day in and day out.”–Robert Collier Consistency.

The key to life is being consistent. One quarter, for instance, doesn’t really seem like much cash. However, suppose you put a quarter away like this for the next 5 years. What would that be worth in money? You would be astounded at the results of constant effort when pursuing a goal, such as starting your own business, just because you’d be.

“Don’t spend so much time trying to select the perfect chance, that you miss the right opportunity.”–Michael Dell.

The worst part of analysis paralysis is that you might not even be aware that you have it. Sometimes our propensity to overthink things makes what ought to be easy, and complicated. We might go through endless rounds of scenario analysis. On an intellectual treadmill, running in place. There comes a point where you have to act and recalibrate after making a mistake, then try again. But don’t stop moving. Constantly move forward. Be your own boss since it’s your life to live.
